FYI
Have you every wondered what would you do if your dog hurt them self at a dog park? Or they were in dog fight around your neighborhood as you were walking them? Or just simple as a bee sting?
American Red Cross and local community centers have pet first aid courses. It is a great course for all dog and cat owners. Anything we could do to improve our pets chance of survival or prevention of further injuries, is worth it.
This course is basic first aid such as taking temp, finding a pulse (what is the normal pulse?), to giving CRP and of course the compression thrust just in case your dog chokes on a bone. This course is great for the dog owner but your care might be needed for another dog or cat to help when ever you are called upon.

WHAT A WONDERFUL YEAR
I would like "Thank" everyone who shown up and had a wonderful time at the 1st Annual Customer Appreciation Celebration at "A Canine Experience". It was a very warm sunny afternoon and it was a pleasure to see all of you.
Some wonderful gifts were won by all. Some of the prizes included gift certificate to Arnies, Starbucks and movie tickets. The dog prizes were a chuck it, a busy buddie treat dispense toy, a squeaky hedge hog and a spiney ball toss toy. And of course we could forgot about our cats - and they had special toys of thier own.
I hope to see all of your at our next Customer Appreciation Celebration first saturday in June 2008.
THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE WONDERFUL YEAR
